We are pleased to share that our Qigong exercise sharing session began on Wednesday 10th June 2026 at the National Wellness Centre, with 17 people in attendance.

A heartfelt thank you goes to Dr Devina and Vere for organising the session, and to Belinda and her team for their kind participation and support.
Qigong is an ancient practice with roots stretching back more than one thousand years. It is made up of gentle, mindful movements designed to support balance within the body, encourage a sense of calm, and promote overall wellbeing.
Many people value Qigong because it is simple to learn and easy to practise. Just 12 minutes a day, repeated six times for the Eight Sections Brocades sequence, can be enough to help build a consistent and beneficial routine.
The focus of Qigong is on harmony between breath, movement, and awareness. Over time, this may support relaxation, improved energy levels, and a greater sense of balance in daily life.
We are excited to continue sharing these sessions with the community and invite you to join us each Wednesday at 3pm at Namosi House in Suva.
Together, we aim to support healthier, happier, and more balanced living for all.
We look forward to seeing you there.
